Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" — refers to the yes66 website accessible via yes66.win, including all pages, features, and services contained therein, as well as the official yes66 mobile app.
• "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the yes66 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the yes66 platform to access the services offered.
• "Funds" — refers to funds held in the Member's account balance, including cash deposits and eligible bonus balances.
• "Bonus" — refers to free credits, special offers, or other benefits granted by yes66 to Members under specific promotional programs.
• "Rollover" — refers to the total wagering amount that a Member must reach before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer process that requires verification of a Member's identity through valid official documents.

Membership Eligibility

The yes66 platform is exclusively for individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. yes66 reserves the right to verify any Member's eligibility at any time and to take appropriate action if these requirements are found to be unmet.

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. yes66 takes the protection of minors from gambling activities seriously.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country where participation in online gambling activities is prohibited under local law.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or third-party business entity.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list or gaming limit program imposed by any recognized authority.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws of the Member's country of residence.

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold only one active account on the yes66 platform at any time. Owning more than one account — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address.
• Members are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly details related to fund withdrawals.
• Yes66 reserves the right to request identity document verification (KYC) at any time, including during the registration process, before the first withdrawal, or when there is suspicious activity on the account.
• Documents accepted for KYC purposes include the MyKad national identity card, a valid Malaysian passport, and supporting proof-of-address documents such as a recent bank statement or utility bill.

Fund Deposits

Yes66 supports a variety of deposit methods suited to Malaysia users. All deposits are processed through secure payment channels integrated with the yes66 platform security system.

• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made using a bank account or digital wallet registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Yes66 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, the Member's bank or payment provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond yes66's control.
• If any deposit is not credited to your account within 15 minutes, please contact the yes66 support team with proof of transaction for further action.

Fund Withdrawal

Yes66 is committed to processing Member fund withdrawals promptly and transparently. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks implemented to protect Member funds.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. There is no daily maximum limit for VIP Members, while standard Members are subject to daily limits set according to their membership tier.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in the same Member's name as the yes66 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The first withdrawal requires a completed and verified KYC. Without valid identity verification, withdrawal requests will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen withdrawal method, membership tier, and current finance team workload.
• Yes66 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security review purposes if unusual activity is detected on the account. Members will be notified via email in such cases.

Bonuses & Promotions

Yes66 offers a wide range of bonus and promotion programs designed to add value to the Member gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• The Welcome Bonus is awarded to new Members upon making their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a minimum rollover requirement of 20x the bonus value before it is eligible for withdrawal.
• Each promotion has a specified validity period. Bonuses not used before the validity period expires will be automatically forfeited without any compensation.
• Members are eligible for one type of bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Combining multiple bonuses simultaneously without yes66 approval is prohibited.
• Yes66 reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse or fraud by any Member.

Game Rules

• For sports betting, all odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in cases specifically stated in the yes66 sports betting rules.

Account Security

The security of a Member's account is a shared responsibility between yes66 and the Member. yes66 continuously invests in the latest security infrastructure, and Members also play a vital role in keeping their accounts secure.

• Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login details. yes66 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a Member's own disclosure of their password.
• Members are advised to use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, with a minimum length of eight characters.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through account settings for an added layer of security. This feature is available to all Members and is strongly recommended.
• Yes66 will never ask for your password or PIN via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, do not comply and report it to our support team immediately.
• Members must report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to their account to yes66 within 24 hours of becoming aware of it.

Privacy & Data Protection

Yes66 takes Member privacy very seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with the yes66 Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws.

• Member personal information is collected solely for platform operations, including identity verification, financial transaction processing, and service communications.

• Member personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the Member's explicit consent.

Account Termination & Suspension

Yes66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any Member who violates these terms and conditions or engages in activities that are harmful to the platform or other Members.

• Reasons that may result in account suspension or termination include: identity fraud, use of more than one account, game manipulation, bonus abuse, and any activity that violates applicable laws.
• In cases of temporary suspension for investigation purposes, yes66 will complete the investigation within 14 working days and notify the Member of the final outcome.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting yes66 customer support. Any remaining cash balance in the account will be returned once the verification process is complete.
• If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, yes66 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balance and, depending on the severity of the violation, any cash balance subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Limitation of Liability

The yes66 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While yes66 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and stably, there are certain limitations on yes66's liability that Members need to understand.

• Yes66 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond yes66's control, including internet outages, third-party failures, or natural disasters.
• Yes66 bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred by Members as a result of legitimate game outcomes, including losses in casino games, slots, or sports betting.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game results or account credits/debits, yes66 will resolve the matter based on definitive and authoritative system records.
• Yes66's liability to any Member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total cash deposit held in that Member's account at the time of the incident.

Terms & Conditions Amendment

Yes66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal changes, or service improvements.

• Continued use of the yes66 platform after any amendment to the terms takes effect will be considered the Member's acceptance of the amended terms.
